TelecityGroup shortlisted in two categories at the UK Technology Innovation and Growth Awards

Both the Group and CEO Mike Tobin recognised

18 February 2008: TelecityGroup, a pan-European provider of network independent data centres, today announced it has been shortlisted in two categories at the UK Technology Innovation and Growth Awards 2008 which recognise and celebrate individuals, organisations and partnerships across the technology industry. The Group has been recognised in the ‘IPO of the Year’ category, and CEO Mike Tobin has been recognised in the ‘Technology CEO of the Year - Small & Medium Cap Public Firm’ category.

The ‘Technology CEO of the Year’ category is awarded to the CEO of a UK based public firm with market cap of up to £500m, who has shown exceptional leadership and success in transforming the business. The ‘IPO of the Year’ category recognises IPOs which took place in 2007, taking into consideration the amount of money raised, costs of float, timing, the type of company being floated, the size of company and its sector.
