TelecityGroup shortlisted for new UK Stock Market awards

TelecityGroup, Europe's leading provider of premium network independent data centres, has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Technology PLC’ at the UK Stock Market Awards 2011. 

The new award scheme celebrates all that is great about UK PLCs, and seeks to recognise the companies implementing carefully considered strategies to balance risk with return to create shareholder value. The ‘Best Technology PLC’ category compares the performance, management acumen and sector conditions of FTSE listed technology companies to identify to best performing organisations of 2010.

The judging process aims to provide meaningful, realistic and direct benchmarking for companies against their immediate peers, rather than just the market's highest-performing or most fashionable sector. They will be judged by a vastly experienced panel of equity market participants and commentators, and the winners will be announced at the ceremony held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on March 31st 2011.
